Refunds & Store Credit

We want you to be happy with your order — and if not, there are flexible options.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation request and the returned item.
For cancellations due to change of mind, a legal cancellation fee applies:

5% of the order total or 100₪, whichever is lower.
If the return is due to a defect or mismatch — no fee will be charged.

Store Credit

Store credit does not expire and can be used anytime on the website.

SALE Items

SALE items are generally eligible for store credit only.
Cash refunds may be approved in exceptional cases, based on discretion.
