Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

For cancellations due to change of mind:
A cancellation fee of 5% or 100₪ (the lower amount) applies.

Cancellations due to defect, damage or wrong delivery will not incur a fee.
